Stay Hydrated with Infused Water!

Does anyone have a hard time staying hydrated in the hot summer heat? Cool off with some infused water. A great recipe below in addition to others can be found at tameramowry.com!

Cucumber Mint Water

1/2 cucumber sliced

1/2 lemon sliced

3 strawberries

a few sprigs of fresh mint

1 pitcher of ice water

Refrigerate for 48 hours for the best flavor, or enjoy immediately.
